On-Premise
On-Premise PBX (Private Branch Exchange) is also known as an IP (Internet Protocol)-PBX phone system. It is similar to a traditional PBX system that resides at a location, such as a computer equipment room or phone closet. These days, the phone system is the size of a router or firewall. IP-enabled phones are required to connect to the IP-PBX server using a LAN/WIFI/Mobile network. Calls go through VoIP using SIP trunking over your business-grade internet connection. An Asterisk based system is the most affordable option for on-premise PBX due to the flexibility that is offered with open source software. Hosted
Hosted PBX or Hosted VoIP, otherwise known as an Internet phone system, is one where entire tech is responsible for housing the IP-PBX as well as handling the technology required to provide the services to the phone system. IP-enabled phones will connect to your network via a LAN/WIFI/Mobile network and the calls and features are handled through an IP-PBX server at our cloud location. We have plans that include access to business-grade features plus all call charges. Hosted IP-PBX have a lower upfront equipment cost, no on-going maintenance costs and is scalable to changes within your business.
