Our walk-in store in Myaree, Perth, is architecturally-designed and custom-built to provide the best service experience for our customers, as well as state-of-the-art facilities and tools for our technicians. With dedicated store-front parking, our premises are also fully wheelchair-accessible and include an ACROD parking bay.

Our service team comprises Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians able to conduct diagnostics, repairs, modifications, alterations and upgrades on all Apple products. Becoming certified to repair Apple Macintosh systems requires passing both a software and hardware exam. Certifications are maintained and renewed on an annual basis via Apple’s recertification examinations.

How do I get my iPad repaired?

To get service for your iPad, visit our service location or you can make an appointment with one of our certified Apple technicians in Perth. Our team will get your Apple product back working the way it should.

How long will it take?

Depending on the type of service, your iPad repair might take from 5-12 business days. If your iPad was engraved by Apple, it could take up to 15 business days.

All iPad repairs will be sent to the Apple repair depot for a full unit replacement, whether in or out of warranty.

Your service technician will cover all the details with you beforehand.

Get ready for service

Before you send your iPad to us, make sure that you back up your data and prepare your iPad for replacement. Your replacement device won’t have your data on it, and you’ll need to restore that data from your backup.
