With dedicated store-front parking, our premises are also fully wheelchair-accessible and include an ACROD parking bay.
Our service team comprises Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians able to conduct diagnostics, repairs, modifications, alterations and upgrades on all Apple products. Becoming certified to repair Apple Macintosh systems requires passing both a software and hardware exam. Certifications are maintained and renewed on an annual basis via Apple’s recertification examinations.

How long will it take to get my iPhone fixed?
We know your iPhone is critical to your day, so we offer same-day turn around for iPhone screen and battery repairs. Typically our repairs will take 90-120 mins to complete, however, this is not guaranteed. Our experts will run a diagnostic test to see if your iPhone repair is eligible for same-day service.
If your device requires further repair, the unit will be repaired or replaced at the Apple repair depot which can take 3-5 working days. Your service technician will cover all the details with you beforehand.
Get ready for service
Before you get your iPhone serviced, you’ll need to take a few steps to protect your data, such as making a backup and turning off Find My iPhone.
