Our service team comprises Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians able to conduct diagnostics, repairs, modifications, alterations and upgrades on all Apple products. Becoming certified to repair Apple Macintosh systems requires passing both a software and hardware exam. Certifications are maintained and renewed on an annual basis via Apple’s recertification examinations.

In most cases, our skilled technicians can complete iPhone screen and battery repairs within a swift 90-120 minute timeframe. Please note that while we strive to offer same-day service, it may not always be possible. Our experts will conduct a diagnostic assessment to determine if your iPhone is eligible for same-day repair.
If your device requires more extensive repairs, it will be sent to the Apple repair depot, where the process typically takes 3-5 working days. Rest assured, your service technician will thoroughly explain all the details to you in advance.
