How do I get my iPhone fixed?

To get service for your iPhone, walk into our service centre and speak to one of our certified Apple technicians. No need to create appointments and find a time slot. Our team will take great care of your product and make sure you get the help you need.

How long will it take?

We know your iPhone is critical to your day, so we offer same day turn around for display and battery repairs. Typically our repairs will take 90 mins to complete, however, this is not guaranteed. Our experts will run a diagnostic test to see if your iPhone repair is eligible for same day service.

If your device requires further repair, the unit will be repaired or replaced at Apple’s repair depot which can take 3-5 working days. Your service technician will cover all the details with you beforehand.

How much will it cost?

There is no charge if the repairs are covered under Apple warranty, AppleCare+ or consumer law. If your issue isn’t covered, the price depends on the type of repair. Our service representative will examine your iPhone and provide you with an estimate beforehand.

Screen repair

You can repair a cracked iPhone screen at our walk-in location or alternatively, mail in the device to us.

We only use genuine Apple parts and precision equipment to ensure that your screen works like new after it’s repaired. Our walk-in location offers same day service for screen replacements.

Battery service

You can get your iPhone battery replaced at one of our walk-in locations or alternatively mail in the device to us.

The Apple Limited warranty covers a battery that failed from a defect in manufacturing, but it does not cover batteries that wear out from normal use.

The cost to replace a battery depends on your iPhone model and if the issue is covered by Apple warranty, AppleCare+ or consumer law.

If your iPhone is covered by an AppleCare plan and the battery holds less than 80% of its original capacity, we will service the product at no charge.

Other iPhone repairs

Do you need a repair for issues like the home button, liquid damage or an accessory?

If your iPhone issue is covered by the Apple warranty, AppleCare+ or consumer law, there will be no charge to you. If your iPhone is damaged and you have AppleCare+, each incident has a service fee, as shown in our pricing guide here. If your iPhone is damaged and you don’t have AppleCare+, your repair fee will vary depending on the repair.

Our service representative will examine your iPhone when you visit our store and provide you with an estimate beforehand.

Apple accessories

Apple-branded accessories, including the power adapter, are covered by the Apple warranty and consumer law. The Apple-branded accessories that come in the box with your product are also covered by your AppleCare+ plan.

Get ready for service

Before you get your iPhone serviced, you’ll need to take a few steps to protect your data, such as making a backup and turning off Find My iPhone.
